Information we collect

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. Our site host may also record standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, so the site can run and stay secure. The site does not require an account.

Road Mode text messages

When you use Road Mode, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of the messages you send, the replies we send, and a record of your consent to receive those messages, including when you opt in or opt out. You can review the program and opt in at https://strukturedlabs.com/road-mode.

We use your phone number and message content only to provide the replies you requested.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, including affiliates and lead generators.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also email struktured@strukturedlabs.com.

Program terms, including how to opt in again by replying START, are in our Terms of Service.

How long we keep it

We keep phone numbers and message content only as long as needed to provide the replies you asked for and to honor an opt-out. After you reply STOP, we keep the minimum record required so we do not text you again unless you opt in.
